Marlborough College Blackett Observatory - Star Trails - 2018-08-21
While working in the Marlborough College Blackett Observatory, using the 10" Thomas Cooke refractor housed there to image Mars, I set up my Canon EOS 1Dx with a 15mm fisheye lens on a low tripod and took a series of 3 minute exposures over a period of about two and a quarter hours. I wasn't entirely sure how the image would come out, but as I started to put the image together I liked what was appearing!
